Do you ship worldwide?

At the moment we only ship to the UK, however we will be looking to offering this in the near future.​

How can I return my item?

My item arrived faulty, what do I do?

On behalf of Luxetched we apologize if your item arrived to you faulty. Please provide photographic evidence to info@luxetched.com within 1 week of receiving the product and we will issue you a refund or exchange. Please note that small imperfections are a natural part of personalise and bespoke products so please keep this in mind before ordering and accepting these variations.

Where is my confirmation/ dispatch email?

If you have successfully placed an order and did not receive a confirmation email, it may be that there was a fault during the process of your order. If you have been charged and you don't have an email receipt please contact us  immediately and we will re send this out to you.  

What method of personalisation is used on the glass?

We personalise our products using a method called etching. Etching is a form of engraving that can not be un-done or removed. Therefore we can not accept any changes once the personalisation has been made. Upon ordering we will send you a confirmation email and a proof of the name in your selected font. Please be sure to check this and reply immediately if an error has been made. If we do not hear from you we will proceed with the order.  

Can I get my own artwork engraved onto the glass?

We would love to hear from you if you have a simple logo or artwork that you would like to get engraved onto your product. Due to the delicate nature of the etching process we can only accept simple to moderate designs and fonts but would be happy to test it out and send you a digital proof. Please note additional charges may apply.
